We always enjoy supporting and raising money for No Kid Hungry, and the Annual Taste of the Nation Events. This year’s event raised over $260,000. Taste of the Nation is a premier culinary tasting event, featuring top chefs and mixologists who come together to donate their time, talent, and passion to ending childhood hunger.

Chef Nick is one of the chef chairs for the annual event along with Dakota Weiss of Sweet Fin, and Bruce Kalman of Knead & Co.

This year’s event featured small bites from some great Los Angeles restaurants like Baltaire, Bourbon Steak, Bull and Butterfly, Tartine just to mention a few (check out the full list here)

Chef Nick created a special dish for this year’s event; a house-made gnocchi with veggie chili.
