TDec7-2014-300w-UpperWest-Miracleon34thHIS IS A GREAT Cause….and a way to give back while enjoying an AMAZING mea. Chef NIck is a brilliant chef. Before the dinner, Chef Shipp will instruct the young chefs from the foundation – outfitted in their own chef coats provided by the Upper West a few tricks of the trade. Chefs form the Academy of Culinary Education (ACE) will also work with the young chefs decorating gingerbread cookies at the event, to be presented as gifts to young cancer patients at the Cancer Support Community Benjamin Center holiday party just down the street.
The event is perfect for singles (common table) and holiday group parties to start the season. Be sure to reserve your spot soon as Chef Shipp’s Pairing Dinners have sold out since they began in 2010.
